Our products differ from other online bakeries as they are vacuum-packed to prevent breakage and ensure freshness during delivery. This packaging method extends the shelf life to at least two weeks, allowing our products to remain fresh and moist.
Rest assured, our baked goods will reach you intact and oven-fresh.
For local deliveries in the PR46 and PR98 postal code areas, we offer complimentary hand delivery.
For non-local orders above £35, delivery is free; otherwise, a fee starting from £4.99 applies, shipped via DPD or Royal Mail 24, with 98% arriving the next day. Please note, not all delivery services are complimentary.
In line with our eco-friendly commitment, we minimize packaging by consolidating your order into as few boxes as possible, unless individual packaging is requested or indicated by the order message.
During checkout, you can reserve any future date for delivery. Please note, * same-day dispatch depends on availability. Due to the time required to create a bespoke and personalized product, same-day delivery is not possible. Gift wrapping is now complimentary.

We also personalise using chocolate, we don’t decorate or personalise your cookies with surgery icing, we prefer to keep the flavour in ur cookies and use high-quality chocolate to put your personalisation on the giant cookies. We vacuum pack all cookies to ensure total freshness for as long as two weeks. We bake and dispatch on the same day for next day delivery.
Our cookies aren’t chocolate chip cookies but chocolate chunk cookies, we place big bits of premium chocolate into our cookies so that you get that real chocolate satisfaction in every bite, the huge chunks really do make a big difference over chocolate chips.

What is Gift Wrapping & Messages in the box?
Gift wrapping is a great way to add a little extra luxury to your personalised sweet treat gifts and can now be added during checkout for an extra cost of £2.99, our gift-wrapping service is a one-off charge for the entirety of your order regardless of the number of items you have in the cart.
Please see the example of our gift-wrapping service. You will find the message in the box inside the parcel, it is in the form of a colour printed message A5 card (non-gift wrap message in the box is printed in non-colour with just a border), it should be the first thing the lucky receiver should see upon opening the box.
The gift wrapping is the product in its vacuum bag to keep it fresh and safe, along with paper and tissue wrapping to present it as a well-presented gift.
It is not a box within a box. If you order more than one giant cookie or giant brownie we will gift wrap them in individual boxes and place them inside a delivery bag so that they are all separate but delivered together in the form of a parcel (not letterbox friendly), if they are for different people, we will place the recipient’s names on each box so that you do not need to open the box.
We never send any receipts or delivery notes with any order as all this is electronically sent to you via email Non-gift wrapped items will be sent vacuum packed and all bundled into one large box with a basic non-colour message in the box.
Stack it is where you purchase two of the same cookies at a discounted rate, we then stack them like a cake and stick them together using a handmade milk chocolate sauce.
You can select our stack it option for an extra £8 (Or £10 for our Gluten Free Range) and this option is selectable in the product listing above.
The top cookie will then be personalised. Please note, as this will be double the height, it will no longer be letterbox friendly and will be classified as a parcel.

Gluten: We prepare, bake and handle all gluten-free products separate from all other gluten-based products. we make gluten-free items first before any gluten comes in contact with the kitchen, we test each batch to ensure gluten is not present or less than 20ppm. Due to all the measures we take, we can guarantee a gluten-free product meets all legal government guidelines.
Nuts: We operate from a strict nut and peanut-free premises, we do not use hazelnut spreads. Although our products are made in a kitchen that does not contain or handle nuts and peanuts, our ingredients such as milk chocolate do have the following warning “made in a factory that handles nuts”, we ask for nut and peanut sufferers to proceed with caution. Our typical advice is that, if you can eat a normal bar of chocolate then you will be fine with our products. Due to this statement on our chocolate packaging, we are unable to guarantee a nut-free product.
