Our Brownie base is Gluten Free, however, some toppings contain gluten, if you require a gluten-free brownie please ensure you select gluten-free options.
Our brownies are 8 inches square and 2cm deep at 500grams a slab, All our products are baked and personalised by hand on the day of dispatch just for you. You can personalise your sweet treat with any text or images that can be reasonably drawn or written by hand using chocolate.
Chocolate is more luxurious and flavoursome than piped icing, therefore, we do not use icing or multi-coloured chocolate, as using chocolate maintains the unique flavour of our freshly baked incredible yummy, personalised baked treats.
If you have any dietary or allergen requirements we ask you to contact us before purchase to see if we can accommodate, please do not use the design requirements box to inform us of any dietary or allergen requirements.
During checkout, you can reserve a shipping date and add gift wrapping to your order.
As our products are custom-made, we cannot ship on the purchase day after 10 am.
Unavailable dates during checkout indicate we have reached our order capacity for that day.
Our products differ from other online bakeries as they are vacuum-packed to prevent breakage and ensure freshness during delivery. This packaging method extends the shelf life to at least two weeks, allowing our products to remain fresh and moist.
Rest assured, our baked goods will reach you intact and oven-fresh.
For local deliveries in the PR46 and PR98 postal code areas, we offer complimentary hand delivery.
For non-local orders above £35, delivery is free; otherwise, a fee starting from £4.99 applies, shipped via DPD or Royal Mail 24, with 98% arriving the next day. Please note, not all delivery services are complimentary.
In line with our eco-friendly commitment, we minimize packaging by consolidating your order into as few boxes as possible, unless individual packaging is requested or indicated by the order message.

We also personalise using chocolate, we don't decorate or personalise your brownie with surgery icing, we prefer to keep the flavour in ur brownies and use high-quality chocolate to put your personalisation on the giant brownie. We vacuum pack all giant personalised brownies to ensure total freshness for as long as two weeks. We bake and dispatch on the same day for next day delivery.

What is Gift Wrapping & Messages in the box?
Gift wrapping is a great way to add a little extra luxury to your personalised sweet treat gifts for an extra cost from FREE
Gift wrap can now be added from the product level just above the add the cart button.
Please see the example of our gift-wrapping service. You will find the message in the box inside the parcel, it is in the form of a colour printed message A6 card (non-gift wrap message in the box is printed in non-colour with just a border), it should be the first thing the lucky receiver should see upon opening the box.
The gift wrapping is the product in its vacuum bag to keep it fresh and safe, along with paper and tissue wrapping to present it as a well-presented gift.
It is not a box within a box. If you order more than one giant cookie or giant brownie we will gift wrap them in individual boxes and place them inside a delivery bag so that they are all separate but delivered together in the form of a parcel (not letterbox friendly), if they are for different people, we will place the recipient’s names on each box so that you do not need to open the box.
We never send any receipts or delivery notes with any order as all this is electronically sent to you via email Non-gift wrapped items will be sent vacuum packed and all bundled into one large box with a basic non-colour message in the box.

We bake all items the day of dispatch, we do not bake in advance or store baked goods, they are only baked upon customer request and each item is unique to each customer due to personalization.
Giant cookies and giant brownies will have a minimum of 2 weeks shelf life inside their vacuum-sealed packaging sleeve. Once open we advise that the cookies are eaten within 5-7 days, and the brownies within 2 weeks.
Our 4-inch cookies and brownie slices do not come vacuum sealed and therefore have a shorter life, the brownie slices should be consumed within 2 weeks of the shipping date and the 4-inch cookies within 5 days of the shipping date.
All items should be kept away from a direct heat source such as direct sunlight, radiators, or fan heaters for example. All items should be kept in an airtight container.

We will brief our policy below:
Gluten: We prepare, bake and handle all gluten-free products separate from all other gluten-based products. we make gluten-free items first before any gluten comes in contact with the kitchen, we test each batch to ensure gluten is not present or less than 20ppm. Due to all the measures we take, we can guarantee a gluten-free product meets all legal government guidelines.
Nuts: We operate from a strict nut and peanut-free premises, we do not use hazelnut spreads. Although our products are made in a kitchen that does not contain or handle nuts and peanuts, our ingredients such as milk chocolate do have the following warning "made in a factory that handles nuts", we ask for nut and peanut sufferers to proceed with caution. Our typical advice is that, if you can eat a normal bar of chocolate then you will be fine with our products. Due to this statement on our chocolate packaging, we are unable to guarantee a nut-free product.
