Important Christmas Delivery Information

Good Morning, Everyone, We hope you are all festive and almost ready for Christmas as it’s only a few weeks away!

We have decided to put up a post with advisory information to help you better manage Christmas Treat delivery alongside the Royal Mail strikes and Christmas post.

When ordering anything online this Christmas it is always best to automatically assume there will be a delay with delivery, no matter who the carrier is, we will still be using our 24-hour tracked service, however, this is NOT a guaranteed next-day delivery service.

We strongly advise that you allow an absolute minimum of two days’ delivery outside strike dates, preferably allowing 3-4 days.

What about Baked Goods? Will they still be fresh? Absolutely! All our freshly baked goods are vacuum packed and will be fresh for up to 2 weeks from the dispatch date chosen on your order.

Our confectionery has a 9-month shelf life also.

We are being booked up fast, today we are booked up 1 week in advance, If you’re looking to order a Christmas gift or a Christmas treat we can only advise that you place your order at your earliest convenience, don’t forget you can always book a future date for dispatch via our date picker in the checkout process.

Our top tips to avoid disappointment this Christmas: Order as early as you can and allow 4 days’ delivery

We Hope you all have a Merry Christmas.
